The New Orleans Children & Youth Planning Board just opened an exhibit over the weekend showcasing the work of their Youth Advisory Board focusing on themes of Health & Well-Being, Space & Place, Safety & Justice, Learning, Economic Stability, and Youth Voice. With work and contributions from the Center for Youth Equity (CYE), Junior Civic Safety Council (JSCS) and Ubuntu Village NOLA, this exhibit is youth-led centering the visual experience of our city and a opportunity to “share in the conversation where young people are dreaming up and tending to a future where we all thrive”. The exhibit opened at the THE FRONT (4100 Saint Claude Ave.) on Saturday, August 8th and will be on display until Sunday, September 6th for public viewing.
